ennett Winspear was founded in 2002 by Gina Gilbert Winspear and Ryan L. Dennett. Both Ms. Winspear and Mr. Dennett had previously been partners at a medium-sized law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada which focused heavy in the area of insurance law. Since it's inception, Dennett Winspear has continued in a heavy focus on insurance matters, including third-party defense, first-party defense, coverage and extra contractual claims.

Dennett Winspear has also developed a strong and successful practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation, family law and personal injury. These areas of specialization have allowed Dennett Winspear to successfully assist an ever growing client base on a multitude of legal matters. Dennett Winspear takes particular pride in the fact that a vast majority of Dennett Winspear clients and matters are either referrals from satisfied clients and business associates or new matters referred from existing clients.
